All bookings are managed by Actividades de Ocio y Turismo Calypso Travel s.l. which is a retail travel agency with title license CIAN 295462 and CIF B-92080514. The whole content on this web and its modules belong to Sitetalk Travel.com and cannot be reproduced, published, resold, transferred or modified without the express authorization of Sitetalk Travel.
JURISDICTION.
www.sitetalktravel.com and the customer expressly refer to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Málaga for the solution of their differences.
This booking arrangement is between us, Sitetalk Travel, and you the customer. We operate as an agent for the owners and providers of the services advertised on the website.
BOOKING.
Customers will receive confirmation of the reservations on the same transaction on-line and by e-mail. The following concepts will always be stated:
Number of reference that unmistakably identifies the reservations.
The details of the stays, the contracted services, and the prices including taxes.
Presentation voucher to hand in at the hotel www.sitetalktravel.com will also be able to include further information considered to be helpful for the customer. Reservations are always guaranteed, even when arriving at the hotel after 8 p.m. (Spain Standard time GMT+1).
Amendments to your booking
It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details of your chosen reservation and any personal details you enter are correct and we cannot be held to be responsible for your errors or mistakes.
If you want to change any details after we have sent you an email confirmation, we will use our best efforts to assist you; however the accommodation provider is not obliged to make any changes. All changes will only take effect if confirmed by email.
Your responsibility
By booking through our website you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and that you have verified that the information that you have provided to us is accurate.
Where you are booking on behalf of a group of people you agree that you are responsible for their behavior during your stay. We reserve the right to cancel your accommodation at any time if the behavior of you or any member of your party is deemed inappropriate. No refund or compensation will be given in these circumstances. You will also be responsible for making all payments due for all members of your party and for keeping them informed about travel and other relevant information.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate insurance cover for your stay. Neither we, nor our suppliers will accept any liability for loss of or damage to personal items whilst in the accommodation.
Price and Payment
All accommodation rates are correct at the time of advertising and are shown inclusive of VAT. All prices are on a per room per night basis unless otherwise stated. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included [unless expressly stated.] We accept payment by credit card or Paypal.
Termination of Contract
We and our suppliers reserve the right to terminate and cancel this contract without any liability to you whatsoever if cleared funds are not available to us when we attempt to deduct them from your account. In such circumstances we shall send you an email informing you that your booking and contract with us has been terminated with immediate effect.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges are as follows:
Cancel 8 weeks prior to check in date : The full cost of the booking will be refunded, less a 50.00 € charge.
Cancel 4 weeks prior to check in date : 50% of the booking cost will be refunded.
Cancel 2 weeks prior to check in date : 25% of the booking cost will be refunded.
Cancel 1 week prior to check in date : No refund can be given.
Our Responsibility to you
We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all the details on the accommodation advertised through the website are accurate and up to date, but neither we, nor our suppliers will have any liability to you for any losses arising from any such errors or inaccuracies in such information. We do not offer any guarantee that accommodation is available on your selected dates until you receive an email confirmation of your booking. We will use reasonable efforts to correct any errors or omissions on the website as soon as practicable when we become aware of such errors.
Your use of the website is subject to our Terms of Use which are also incorporated by reference into these Booking Conditions.
Changes outside our control
Except where otherwise stated, neither we, nor our suppliers, will be liable for any changes or cancellations to your holiday accommodation arrangements, or any loss or damage suffered by you or for any failure to perform the obligations under the contractual agreement which is due to any event or circumstance which is beyond our reasonable control. Examples of such an event are fire; exceptional weather conditions, acts or war or terrorism and all similar events or situations. In appropriate circumstances, we will refund monies paid by you on behalf of our suppliers. However, we will not pay compensation, expenses or other costs related to such cancellation. We recommend that all customers take out Travel Insurance.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time by posting a notice on the homepage. If you continue to use the website after any change you will have agreed to accept these new terms.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that any information, photographs, or any other details about the accommodation arrangements or accommodation featured on the website is accurate. We reserve the right to change or vary the price, accommodation, or any other arrangements featured on our website at any time without notice. You agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that all the details of your chosen accommodation are confirmed with us at the time of booking.
If your arrival time at your accommodation is delayed you should contact your accommodation directly.
If You Have A Complaint - If you have a problem during your holiday, you must inform the hotel immediately who will Endeavour to put things right. If you do not inform the hotel of your complaint you may lose any right to compensation. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to our Customer Services Department at Urb.Calypso, C.C Euromarket Local 3, 29647 Mijas Costa, Málaga, Spain giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. Please keep your letter concise and to the point. This will assist us to quickly identify your concerns and speed up our response to you.
Special Requests- You must inform us at the time of making your booking of any special requests which you may have so that we are able to make arrangements, as far as reasonably possible, to cater for them. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cater for all special requests. Please note that such requests do not form part of our contractual obligations and we have no liability to you if they are not met.
In order to process your booking application, we will need to process personal information about you and other members of your party. We will treat this information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. We will retain and use your personal data to offer a personalized service and, where you have indicated that you wish to receive details of our goods and services, notify you of special offers which may be of interest to you. If at any time you decide that you no longer wish to receive marketing information from us, please let us know by contacting info@www.sitetalktravel.com.
Accommodation - The accommodation booked can only be occupied by those persons booked into the accommodation. Should any damage occur to the accommodation by yourself or a member of your party, you shall be required to arrange immediate reimbursement before the end of your stay.
Travel Insurance- It is strongly recommended that you purchase a travel insurance package to cover medical costs, third party liability, and cancellation charges.
Our Responsibility – SiteTalk Travel acts as a booking agent only. Neither the accommodation provider nor Sitetalk Travel can accept liability for any injury, illness, or death unless caused by the fault of the accommodation provider or Sitetalk Travel. Any claims for injury, illness, or death arising out of the accommodation concerned must be brought against the accommodation provider and not Sitetalk Travel.
Sitetalk Travel or the accommodation provider cannot accept responsibility for circumstances that are out of our control. Such circumstances include war, terrorism, weather, airport closures, fire, natural disasters, and civil strife.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
Please ensure that your passport and any necessary visas are valid for your complete trip and that the name on your passport matches the name on your ticket. Some countries require passengers to have at least six months validity remaining on a full 10-year passport. Visas may be required for British Citizens for entry to non EU countries Visas may also be required for longer stays over three months in certain EU countries.

Our business and services are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes which may arise will subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Spain.
